NEW MEMBER CLASS INFORMATION

Fall 2008

Glen Mar Church is exploring new territory! If you have a pioneering spirit, but aren’t quite sure how to begin the journey, we invite you to explore with us! The frontier before us is broad and expansive, with lots of ground to cover and certainly some room to get lost! We provide outfitting services for those wishing to explore the landscape, as we move into God’s larger story of salvation. Learn about becoming a new member of Glen Mar United Methodist Church.

Dates for future exploration:

• Sunday afternoons, 5 to 6 p.m., November 2, 9, 16, 23. Received on November 30.

Plan on good food and free childcare!

Each class includes time overlooking the full scope of God’s story of salvation, looking back to take into account our United Methodist heritage and how those beliefs and practices have impacted the people of Glen Mar Church. We’ll devote time also to discovering how God is already at work within your own life and helping you to determine the path forward as you answer God’s call to Praise, Grow and Serve.
