CHILDREN & FAMILIES        

Adult supervised childcare is provided Sunday mornings during the 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 services for infants through 3 year olds.  Glen Mar will provide child care for all programs at the church.  Contact Jodi Wiseman on extension 213 or by email at Jodi.Wiseman@GlenMarUMC.org to discuss your needs and to schedule child care.

Sunday School classes are located on both the lower and upper levels of Glen Mar's new education wing. Click here to see where all the Sunday School rooms are. For your convenience, park in the overflow parking lot (first lot on your left as you enter our complex), follow the sidewalk and enter through buildings side door. For Preschool and Kindergarten classes enter the building and turn left.  For elementary classes go down the stairs and to the right.

Teachers will welcome students 15 minutes before class starts.

Summer Sunday School:   Glen Mar is offering Sunday school through the summer months for 3 year olds-5th graders.   The summer theme for both preschool and elementary students will be, “The Armor of God”.   This is a very fun, interactive curriculum that is taught through crafts and games.

       Summer Sunday School begins June 27

                      during both the 9:30 and 11:00 service.

Community Events

VBS 2010 - Four hundred and fifty children (3yrs. old-7th grade) had a great time this year learning that God's word is:  true, comforting, surprising, lifechanging and for everyone! Our outreach project, The Pajama Program, received 175 pairs of new pajama's to be given out to children who are waiting for adoption.
