Our mission at Glen Mar Church is Praising God, Growing Disciples, and Serving the World. What this means is that we are constantly seeking to love God with our hearts, learn about God with our heads, and serve God with our hands.

This is a time of transition for Glen Mar, as we are celebrating the ministries of several key staff members who will be retiring or moving to new fields of ministry and preparing to receive the new leaders God will send. At the same time we are giving thanks for the way God is continuing to provide care and support in so many ways for this growing, diverse congregation of believers. We have recently moved into our new education building that includes classrooms for preschool and elementary children and offices for some staff. This gives us an additional 20,000 square feet and opens many new opportunities for ministries. We're especially excited by the opening of the Glen Mar Early Learning Center this summer offering both full and partial day learning experiences.

More important than buildings, though, is the new growth I see God accomplishing in the people of Glen Mar. Many people are discovering the unique gifts God has given them, and beginning to use them in ministry to others. And our worship resounds with sounds and songs of praise.

It’s a great time to be alive, and a great time to be at Glen Mar!
